Bay Avenue

Bay Avenue is a renovation and expansion of an historic home in Greenport Village. The town home will be re-envisioned to accommodate a growing family’s needs, expanding kitchen, living room, master suite, as well as a third floor guest quarters to create a modern North Fork home with glass and natural light in play.
