Collect Pond House

The Collect Pond House Loft is the design and restoration of a 3,000 sq ft inverted duplex intended to remain rooted in the spirit of artist lofts long gone.

The rich art deco history of the building, the natural light from the continuous band of 7 foot tall windows, and the desire to create a versatile space with a centuries old salon-like motive, all help to shape this project.
