East 11th Street is a 7,700 square foot penthouse composed of 4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 2,000 square feet of living space as well as a private 2,500 square foot roof terrace. The home was designed with timeless architectural geometries in play. Hogarth's line of beauty, the serpentine line, and full bodied curves are incorporated into many aspects - from the helical spiral stair, to the arched window openings. A minimal material palette of rare, durable materials was used throughout the space, but treated differently depending on its location and application. This residence is in construction.
